Shipping and Handling

All shipping services used by THREETHIRDSDESIGN.COM are provided by Canada Post and provide a tracking number and insurance for the cost of your package. In the event that multiple orders are placed with the same shipping destination and on the same account, orders will be combined and shipping fees will be adjusted, unless otherwise requested. Days in the following table refer to business days. An additional 0-2 business days processing time is required.

Wrong Address, non-received items and returns

If the item is not received and sent back to us by the postal service company you will be charged the actual shipping fee. The price of the item will be credited once we receive the item. We will contact you to inform you when we receive the package.

Exchanges and Returns Policy

We guarantee all products sold by THREETHIRDSDESIGN.COM. Any product purchased from Three Thirds with a defect in craftsmanship or material may be exchanged for another product or returned for a full refund within 30 days of the package delivery date. After 30 days Three Thirds cannot accept returns for any reason other than defects. Items purchase at a discount of 30% or more are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. The items must not be worn, altered or washed and must have their original tags. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Refunds will be refunded to your credit card within 5 business days of reception of the item at THREETHIRDSDESIGN.COM office. We must authorize all returns and exchanges prior to the return; you will need to contact us prior to proceeding with return. You will be provided with return instructions along with return authorization number. The return authorization number must be clearly written on the outside of the package. We are not responsible for the loss or delay of packages being returned and suggest using a shipping service that provides a tracking number and insurance.
United States: Returns from the U.S. must ship via the United States Postal Service. All return items should be declared as a “return of Canadian merchandise” on the customs declaration: returned items that don’t have this mention on their custom declaration will be refused and returned to the sender. Returns from the U.S which are not defects in materials and workmanship, are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the amount refunded.
Canada: All returns from Canada, which are not defects in materials and workmanship, are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the amount refunded.

International: All return items from International countries should be declared as a “return of Canadian merchandise” on the customs declaration: returned items that don’t have this mention on their custom declaration will be refused and returned to the sender. Returns from the International countries, which are not defects in materials and workmanship, are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the amount refunded.

PAYMENTS

We accept payments by VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS and PAYPAL. Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard pre-authorization check on your payment card done by third party processor PAYPAL to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfill the transaction. The pre-authorization is completed once the order has been packed and is ready to be shipped. If the billing or shipping information’s are incorrect or incomplete, we will contact you to confirm them before your order is shipped.

ORDER MANAGEMENT

You may cancel or make changes to your order as long as the order has not been shipped. To do so, please contact us through our customer service number at 1 877 902 3833 or by email at customerservice@threethirdsdesign.com. You can view your order history and order status by logging into your account and clicking on the “order status” link.

SALES TAX

Residents of Ontario, Newfoundland & Labrador, New Brunswick pay a sales tax of 13% HST on the purchase amount. Residents of British Columbia pay a sales tax of 12% HST on the purchase amount. Residents of Nova Scotia pay a sales tax of 15% HST on the purchase amount.
Residents of Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Quebec, P.E.I., Nunavut, Northwest Territories and Yukon Territories pay a sales tax of 5% GST on the purchase amount. Orders shipped outside of Canada are not subject to any Canadian sales tax.

CUSTOMS

For orders shipped outside of Canada, you should consult the customs legislations of your country. We do not take responsibility for duty fees, brokerage fees and shipment delays due to customs, if any.
